In my builing we have 2 lifts with one button that calls the closest one. Noticed that when both of them are on the same floor, the left one will arrive. I guess there is some chip that prioriteses the first in the list. That would explain

Nice actually. I'd watch it, but it does not pronounce acronyms correctly (4.3 em) — this shows that it has low effort in it (probably already, took less time, than video length itself) and ruins the experience

I think more details would help. Like if ATM you apply any effort to get customers, or do you have churn and burn money to get new customers. If there is a churn — fix it. Why don't you grow by word of mouth? Is there a space to grow?
