The following comment is not sarcasm... Thanks for this. I figured it out when I got to the "coating everything..." bit, but I was indeed initially intrigued by "exploding" spiders. "OMG, a new scientific discovery?

1) It's more like I already have the iPhone without the jack and I already attempt to make use of the thing for creation and the Bluetooth lag is a problem. 2) Even if that weren't the case, I'm not arguing power- of course

This is the rub. With the removal of the jack, Apple is telling us that their phones are not [music/audio] creators' tools. Apparently it's their desire that creators use, what, iPad? Their ever-disappointing line of laptop

Depending on your Coding Culture, you order them based on "priority" (FATAL would have priority over all others, and therefore numbered as 1), or "importance" (FATAL would be most important, and therefore numbered 5.) Al

BOLT’s input is machine code and a profile from running the executable in production. This definitely puts it outside the conventional optimizing compiler because the conventional compiler has no information about how the code will actually

I think something like BOLT[1] has more promise. Now that I think about it, I'm curious if I take my unoptimized executable, generate the profile for BOLT, then apply BOLT's optimizations, is it possible to come out ahead of the C
