Seconded. I’d love this in MacOS. A child comment here was talking about different docks and menus and such. This would be great for work vs home.

We've had all these things since the very first VR headsets. I remember sitting in a movie theatre setting trying to play a 1080P movie and it looking like a potato. Forgetting the AR/VR debate for a minute, the thing holding thes

Alright, let's go with widely-used programming languages for now - I've been programming for over 20 years and never heard of Guile. I am not against the idea of having native protections built into stdlib, we can agree there, but

Templating languages are abstractions on top of other technologies. I don't see how PHP is a templating language. I could write that exact same code above in NodeJS and I'd need to use mustache to escape the output. So you can mak

This is a nuanced issue and I agree with what you wrote. I live in Finland. Some additional thoughts: - The scale of social problems in the US is on a whole other level. More people requires bigger solutions. - The state vs government syste

In my home town (UK) my father leaves his keys by the front door. We've had multiple neighbours with higher-end cars (think Range Rovers and upwards, presumably stolen to order) broken into, and threatened with knives and guns as the t

People are going to miss lightning when it’s gone. USB-C is prone to the same issues as USB-A where the cable ending will break under pressure or warp meaning it won’t fit in the hole. This happened to me on a Yubikey on my key ring.
