It's not secret apparently: > During this portion, the NLRB will read off each voter’s name and both sides will be allowed to contest ballots, likely based on factors such as whether an employee’s job title entitles them to vote or

I think nowadays they can come from other people. Pretty much anyone/everyone (so maybe "society" is a good stand-in?) But, originally, perhaps when times were a lot different, the word of the Lord, whichever is your flavor,

I don't feel very defensive about it, but it is definitely insulting to me because to be an insult is about their intent. As far as my dad knew, I was Catholic until 3 months ago (when in reality I've been off that for 20 years) a

This is cool. Our use case was very simple so we went with node-schedule but this may have more upsides. I've had trouble with the former. Thanks.

We use worker threads directly to process large unorganized (for the browser) datasets and do some deductions before it hits the store. We also have a worker thread blocked on a redis channel that acts as a queue.

My mom liked so-called "clean cut" guys (military background), so she made my brother and I buzz our hair growing up. Now my hair is now over a foot long and her reaction is that I also look like a criminal.

Cool intro, I had no idea about ECC. However something is a bit lost on me: if the number of hops is the "private key" in this scenario, couldn't you just hop until you've found the endpoint? What makes this particularly

Curious what Wirecutter would have to say about this. I use them for a lot of my purchases if I don't know where to start and it does seem like some rare times they just miss the mark, though not so egregiously as this. Why stand on so

Not discrediting your point, it's just that I'm not sure HK is a great point of comparison. How many people live in a room the size of a narrow walk-in closet? They have a massive, massive real estate problem in Hong Kong -- there

In a thread about people fleeing from California to other states, particularly Texas, it's certainly an appropriate comparison. Even more so when you consider Texas is about the closest in size and population except with nearly opposit
