San Francisco tap water is almost as good. It was better before they started mixing reclaimed water into it, though I’ve either gotten used to the new taste or they’ve fixed the treatment process.

The documentation always refers to the current versions of the software, and the latest version of iWork always requires being on latest or near-latest OS. Collaboration also requires all clients to be on the latest version of the software.

There are many rights involved and I am not a lawyer, but my understanding is that the venue pays ASCAP and BMI for performance rights, which covers the mechanical and songwriting royalties no matter how the DJ gets them. This new feature f

This is specifically about extending the Apple Music streaming license to cover DJ software. If you already own your own music (DRM-free digital or physical), you can already use those tracks with your DJ software.

Amazon needs to actually sell you things to make money. They have an entire supply chain built around it. Ads that never convert aren’t gonna pay for that.

Perhaps the problem is that you are either refining away the thorium, or refining away as much non-thorium as you can. Either way you end up with mostly-thorium, and we know that radioactive stuff gets angry in large groups.

Mayonnaise isn’t exactly an exotic ingredient. In fact, Kewpie mayonnaise is something of a Japanese cultural icon. You would expect to find it on or inside of sandwiches and other foods typically taken to go. Bananas are a fantastic on the

One advantage of contemporary bytecode implementations is that many optimizations can occur in the “middle end”—which is to say on the IR itself, before lowering to ISA.

I wouldn’t consider eating Japanese food or playing Japanese video games to constitute “interacting with Japan” at all. At best, you are interacting with its cultural exports.

I appreciate the correction. Still, programmable T&L was kind of a big deal. PC GPUs didn’t get hardware T&L until the DX7 era, and it didn’t really become programmable until DX9/Shader Model 2.0.

It was, in fact, a problem. DX11 and earlier tried to solve it with DXBC, an intermediate bytecode format that all drivers could consume. The driver would only need to lower the bytecode to the GPU’s ISA, which is much faster than a full co
