This is really slick. I never knew about (the now defunct) text2mindmap.com, but it seems like something I would get a lot of use out of for doing quick brainstorming sessions. Thanks for sharing!

From the "obituary": > In light of CTS’s discoveries, the meteoric rise of AMD’s stock price now appears to be totally unjustified and entirely unsustainable. Meteoric rise? Are we watching the same stock? AMD has been flat

I broke the (foot activated) parking break or my wife's old car by doing this...slamming on it like it was a clutch. She's never let me live that one down.

This is insanely impressive. Great work. Wish tools like this existed when I was still in school...almost makes me want to go back and do some more math :)

Really glad to see ReMarkable getting some love. E-ink is such a promising technology. I pre-ordered this and overall have been thrilled with it. I've loved my Kindle for years but had always wanted a device big enough to read full-siz

Bitcoin, as it was originally envisioned, IS dead. It's not a replacement for cash. It's prohibitively expensive to use for regular transactions. It's also a colossal waste of energy. It's become similar to stocks/E

The fact that the table is in image is just lazy web development - which is pretty disappointing coming from a major company like Amazon. I understand this isn't a major client-facing site, but it would still be nice to put some effort

I work part time with a friend refurbishing retired business machines and re-selling them online. We get a LOT of Thinkpads obviously, but the T520 is an especially common machine and man is it awesome. Easy to clean, easy to repair, great

Those are US emissions only. What about China? India? The EU? As you can also see from that report, 30% of emissions come from electricity generation. If we all switch to EVs, expect that % from consumer vehicles to just flip to electricity

Consumer gas vehicle make up a TINY fraction of the cause of greenhouse emissions worldwide. Everyone changing to EVs isn't going to fix anything, especially when that electrical power can come from dirty power plants. The big changes
