I agree, useful site but the pop under windows are just annoying. They would put me off using the site again and I do think the site has value, just need to back off the spamming

They may have issues regularly, but we have had almost zero downtime over the multiple servers we have with them. Now Vultr on the other hand, single server, multiple outages

Very nicely designed. I would be tempted to make the register link at the top right more prominent. You have to scroll quite a bit to get to the register button at the bottom. Having it more visible above the fold should help your signups
