Nested CSS selectors should be counted as a major win for everyone - to the point where there's proposals to support it in native CSS: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2701 My personal solution

Personally it's the bundles and pinning. The bundles just worked more consistently than Gmail's tabs and made it feels fast (and safe!) to quickly archive a bunch of promo emails you weren't currently interested in. Stars can

Ratings are cultural as well. Compare to the traditional French scoring system where 19/20 was traditionally considered the highest attainable score as 20/20 was reserved for perfection (eg. something unattainable).[1] I couldn&#x

Google has the annoying tendency to ask people to rate and review places they've been near. When they get it wrong you get reviews like "never been to this place 1/5 stars". I wish Google would incentivise helpful review

Pale Moon's JavaScript support was atrocious last time I checked, indicating that it's not actually keeping pace with Mozilla. I was developing a user script at the time and had to ask a user to stop using what amounts to a copy o

This argument is nonsense. Perhaps they should robocall me to tell me as well? If I want to be notified about anything (except emergencies) I should have to explicitly opt into it.

Is there preliminary plan of how Never-Slow Mode would be deployed? I assume the idea is to eventually have it enabled by default on all mobile devices and to prompt laptop/desktop users to enable it if they have a slow connection?

Since the movement speed is tied to requestAnimationFrame, the speed of the game changes with the update frequency of the user's monitor. Since all my monitors are at 144Hz this game is ridiculously fast for me.

While I agree that the bar is high for smart locks I think that comes down to the promises made by making a lock "smart". Good software security should make a smart lock safer than even some of the best traditional locks. I'

On top of the software aspects many smart locks neglect the actual locking mechanism leaving the lock vulnerable to easy tricks like shimming. Smart locks also have to consider how they'll function without electricity. An exposed slot
