Is that substantially different for taxes collected from billionaires vs taxes collected from ordinary people? If not, I don't see how this is relevant to discussing billionaires being undertaxed. It's shifting a conversation abou

I'm surprised this has to be explained, but taxes aren't paid to politicians. You're not likely to get a good answer when your question is not founded in good faith.

That doesn't answer where it can be purchased, nor does it imply that it will be available for purchase when all translations are complete. At 167 pages, part 1 could conceivably be it's own book for purchase. I too would love a r

Yeah, it's wrong. There isn't even a single CME strong enough to cause aurora every day, let alone strong enough to cook us, and let alone multiple times per day.

Thanks. I'm going to give the Apple TV a shot. If frame rate matching works well in other apps, it will probably be good in Plex, too.

I bought an Nvidia Shield because the Plex client can switch the display's refresh rate to match the content (no judder for 24p content). Based on [1], it sounds like that should be possible with the Apple TV, too. Can anyone confirm i

Estimation usually involves gathering data and applying some statistics to the data. The question was about the details of that process. "They estimated" isn't telling us anything new.

You could also look into astronomy classes at a local community college. I took an intro to astronomy class at a community college when I was about 18. I think it cost about $4 at the time, and I learned a lot of basics that way. You'l
