This is almost laughable. A massive chunk of big tech exists to put others out of business, and by extension, out of jobs. Simplest case: how many companies used to employ a team to administer their MS email solution? Outlook was once very

I recommend the Zoom Podtrak P4. I hook my mic up to it and can plug my phone into it. Comes really useful for multiple mics.

Not necessarily. Girls know who sexual harassers are because they experience it. I doubt those guys go around telling their friends what they did. Why would they? For any kind of crime where there is a potentially strong social backlash,

You should read some evolutionary psychology. Taking some ideology you hold, which is very modern, and then claiming to not understand why anyone would think otherwise shows a pretty severe lack of ability to understand how others might th

Pointing to the worst abuse of a system of the same name when that is clearly not the intent and claiming this is what the person wants is a lie. It is possible to keep mentally ill in walled communities and those communities not resemble t

Prostitution. I recall a campaign to shut down some Indian rug making factories because of child labor. A welfare group did a follow up to ensure the children were not working in some other factory. Almost half had become street prostitu

This is absolutely false. Cultural upbringing isn’t uniform across all cultures. This has more to do with higher education than anything else. Look at the percentage of Nobel prize winners who are Jewish. Look at the Jewish population.

Why? You are comparing ships, which have passengers whose goal is to get somewhere (not necessarily be on a ship) and don’t self-identify as final-frontier risk takers with subs which are the exact opposite. Nobody takes a sub as regular o

It’s not at all horrific. It’s likely the most humane (if ecologically expensive) way I can think of. Assuming you don’t have any build-up which causes stress, it’s unbelievably fast and this painless.

I think of it as a computer with moderately fast registers but horribly slow main memory. In this case, more registers would clearly show a win. BUT a more organized person would eventually win as the number of variables grow. Hence why s

You don’t know history if you really believe that “never before in history have so many people been so openly evil”. This is so off as to be beyond laughable.
