   For the most part, YUP. However, ADHD is not a chemical problem, it's a brain disorder that you're born with (there is tons of scientific research backing this up). But YES otherwise. Alcohol screws with your body/brain, and Alcoholism, ADH

   100% true. It's actually quite empowering to discover these things- as bad as they sound, now I can work on making my life better.

   That I'm an alcoholic, that I have ADHD, depression and social anxiety. I've got a lot to fix in 2013.
