Interesting idea, but for me an app switcher needs to be super fast and switch between the apps I want without interrupting my thought process. I've used an auto hotkey script for years that has served me perfectly. I press my shortcut

I haven’t tried the app but love the randomness of being able to view the level of the piss tank on the ISS. We need more apps like this.

Love it! It's fun and simple. It would be great to have some kind of "start again" button to clear all the emoji and show new ones. Are the emoji selected randomly?

I built this into https://minicalendar.app (my pet project to learn Blazor). You can also measure the number of days between two events or activities.

A £3 custom mount board really makes a difference. I've built beautiful looking e-paper pictures using a basic IKEA frame and an custom cut mount from best4frames.

I was looking for the same as this. I wanted a yearly overview where the emphasis was on weeks so I could plan vacations and the school year. I ended up creating a pet project to do exactly this that may be of use to you. I’m interested in

My pet project is a web app that uses a similar view of the year https://calii.tiimo.app . I find the continuation of the months easier to comprehend time passing in a year.

I've been working on a simple calendar app[1]. It helps me plan annual leave/ school holidays and visualise the time between upcoming deadlines. I started it just because I wanted to gain a deeper knowledge of the tech it is using

I've been working on a simple calendar app too that is based on this layout. I find the layout cleaner and simpler to comprehend time passing over a year. [1] https://calii.tiimo.app/

Thanks for sharing this, I've been using a variation of this layout on my own simple vertical/horizontal planner[1], but David's looks a lot prettier. [1] https://github.com/dattiimo/yearplanner

That's great. I hadn't noticed it's has been added to PowerToys. I can now finally retire my 7 year old script. Hopefully one day it will be promoted to be included in Windows by default.

This AutoHotKey script was a game changer for me. It maps Ctrl + Shift + V to paste without formatting. ;; Text–only paste from ClipBoard ;; (https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/10412-paste-plain-text-and-c

I don't have anything shared online but I can look at publishing it if there's interest. It's one big script so I'll have to clean it up and remove any sensitive data from it first.

I've used GroupAdd[1] and GroupActivate to alternate between windows of the same app but it doesn't ignore minimised windows. Maybe you can ignore minimised when adding to the GroupAdd list some how. [1] https://www.aut

AutoHotKey is awesome! I use it for better/faster app switching. I have a "shortcut" enabler key, in my case Right Alt, that controls it all. When held down with any letter, it switches through the instances of that app. For

I love visual representations of time passing like this, they really help to put it in perspective. I use something similiar that only covers a year (kinda like GitHub's activity view) and it helps me visualise that future events, such
