Yes, this is exactly what has happened in the recent years, with the publishing of his black notebooks. I wonder how they could completely reverse the situation?!

This article is bad. Instead of focusing on the actual topic of the book, it immediately jumps into an absurd comparison between the fall of the Roman Empire and today's America. The two situations have NOTHING in common. None of the

If only Safari had proper extensions, I'd give it a go. Unfortunately, Apple has crippled them so badly.

Actually, today Firefox Monitor popped up and told me that a website I was using (Canva, I need it for work reasons) was recently hacked. My account was also compromised. Canva didn't even bother to inform me of the fact. I think this

Same in Poland... and everywhere, really. I think the culprit is gentrification, to be fair. These new eave of barber shops all look exactly the same, with the red/blue/white little column at the door and wooden forniture inside.

I agree with you. Instagram is the only social media I still use, and it's mainly because it's so non-toxic. I mostly see stuff related to my hobbies, some comic stripes, some friends I care about. It's by definition a bubble

Apart from the usual recommendations, to Firefox users I recommend enabling first-party isolation by setting "privacy.firstparty.isolate" to true. In this way, the data of every website will be isolated from each other. It is like

This comes up every time there's a NYT article. However, note that the management and the journalists are different people and the fact that th website of the NYT itself is reported as having trackers is a proof of this.

What's your point? Mozilla and Google here are preventing the government bogus CA from being used to bypass encryption. You can talk to whoever you want, and in full safety (as opposed to doing so while being spied by a tyrannical gove

Sorry, I didn't specify it. It's "Google Family link for children and teens" (and not the similarly named app for the parents).

To further specify: go read the user reviews of the kids in Google Play Store for the app. Apart from being hilarious, they are actually quite sad and I understand, in part, their points.

I am not commenting on you directly, but, in general, I find the kind of control that the Google parental control app gives to be excessive. It makes talking unnecessary and gives a direct window to a personal dimension of the kid. You real

This reminds me of the Charter 77 movement in Czechoslovakia. They protested against the Communist regime by reporting to the it its own violations of its laws and agreements. It was a brilliant way of unveiling the lies of their government
