I suppose if money were no object I'd probably get a MBA but the fact is that the 13" MBP I ended up getting is more than enough for what I use it for and was 25% cheaper. And when every dollar counts, that's important.

I'm not sure a glib one sentence reply, basically saying "does not!" qualifies as an effective response. I'm reminded of antennagate. "Steve, my phone loses signal." "Does not." "Yes. It does. I have video." "Well then don't hold it that wa

I've known my eye color since I was 5 years old. I can't understand how people in today's society don't know that. Is it like an Aspergers thing?

Does anyone even pay for phone sex anymore? I'd thought that business model went out with dial up ISP's and people screaming in a trading pit on the stock exchange.

Perhaps it's because I'm introverted, but I have always had the exact opposite reaction. Before I could afford to have Internet at my house, I had to use coffee shops to get work done online, and it was almost unbearable. The noise was a co

While I think this is a BS excuse to hide behind(trade secrets, really?), Google has every right to hire only the most qualified applicants it finds. If they have to hire people based on race, how is that not discrimination? These people ar

There are several things to consider before seeing this movie. First and foremost, it's an ashcan project. The film had to be rushed into production to retain the film rights, so the writers didn't have the time to prune out lines like the

I've never seen anyone so dissatisfied with $200M. They'll probably end up losing all of it in legal fees if they keep this up.

Today, you can file a patent for under $1,000(not including attorneys fees) depending on how many claims and drawings you have. If they charged the $10B they said it costs to review the number of applications they get now(around 500,000) yo

I think the two traits are simply a complete belief in your idea, and the willingness to work as hard as need be to make it successful. I think that as long as you have these two things(and your idea doesn't suck) that you'll be successful.
