   Multiple things - quickly capture things to do, remind me when I need to do things that have a deadline, magically self manage things that are essential vs non essential, keep track of things, categorize them, have controls to interact with

   Based on the problem solving skills demonstrated in your attempt to help yourself learn better, you're definitely not dumb. I second the note about getting tested for ADHD. Another reason could simply be performance anxiety or imposter
