Genuinely curious, which product’s quality has been sacrificed at the altar of DEI? Could you name some?

The selection, nomination, and confirmation processes have certainly become significantly more ideologically-driven over time, so I would expect that to have an impact on the composition of the court and the way they make decisions.

Does the Supreme Court still make decisions based on legal principles or is it just a thin veneer for their political opinions? Genuinely asking because I’m not so sure these days.

So each time you do a cash-out refinance of your home, that should be taxed as income? You still own your house, you haven’t sold it, so why should you be taxed repeatedly on it?

Well yeah, loans aren’t income. Should people pay income tax when they receive a mortgage?

Land is a finite resource, but buildings can be built up vertically. Unless your town looks like manhattan, land is not scarce for new housing.

So you declare an entire field as BS and your basis of expertise is a high school class you took and a (probably underpaid and overworked) teacher who couldn’t satisfactorily answer your questions? Dunning-Kruger effect in action.

If you rent a Tesla from Hertz you can just charge at any supercharger and it will charge to your final bill. It’s super easy, no friction whatsoever.
