Why isn't there a good, non-bloated, free one for Windows? I try to use Windows 10's tiling, but it'll only do 4 quadrants (with variable sizes)

Critical thinking topples popular, mainstream, insecure systems and that's not good. You want obedience and the lazy, traditional education systems ensure they put out order-following, capable workforce, not adaptive, ever-changing one

There are many parts to this. We're talking about IQ and these same people may not necessarily be emotionally intelligent, for one. A lot of people with high IQs may also be very rational / logical in their approach towards life.

The Indian customer is extremely price-centric. Price trumps everything. The biggest startups today are the online retailers. The Indian customer switches to whoever offers the best deal, not the best convenience. It was Flipkart, PayTM, Sn

I've been using Flickr for a while now, and am a regular visitor to flickr.com/explore. It has always been so painfully slow to load. Moving to the final photo page is even bigger a task. Sometimes, the thumbnails take two minutes
