My classmate submitted a random paper but with font changed to wingdings or webdings, and explained to the teacher that the computer got all messed up and he could not get normal letters back. Does that count?

Thanks. These are a little big (100Ah, 200Ah, 50Ah...), heavy and expensive compared to what I'm looking for. For reference, I'm currently using a 5W panel, and a single 18650 element, costing a few dollars from AliExpress. Works

I'm searching for "self heating power bank" on amazon.com and get various random crap (self heating lunch boxes, regular noname power banks, heating pad for pets...). Could you point me to some specific examples?

Can you point to any specific examples? Do they support solar charging? And what wattage panel would be needed to support both charging and heating?

I use per-recipient internal rate limiting too, that alone is not enough, especially for new numbers. I'm not using a sender pool though.

My SaaS is sending monitoring notifications using signal-cli, and I regularly run into rate limits (enforced by Signal servers, not signal-cli), especially when sending to new numbers/usernames. To the author--do you have any plans on

The name "sgnly" makes me think it is an electronic signing service, but from your description it seems it converts documents into templates (and partially fills them?). Perhaps consider a name change?

And you have to build up the volume gradually. In the industry this is called "warming up IP addresses". See for example https://help.elasticemail.com/en/articles/2788598-how-to-war... or https:/&#

OTOH, with dedicated servers you can have bad neighbors in the same rack, but with VPS you can have bad neighbors in the same server. I'm using both dedicated servers and VPS on Hetzner, and, anecdotally, I see more consistent network

Alright, let's say the hosting company has an out-of-band mechanism for detecting reboots. How do they know if the reboots are abnormal (like in this case) or normal, customer-ordered reboots after software upgrades?

I understand that the ability to place stuff "into" a TKey would be needed to support discoverable WebAuthn credentials ("passkeys"). But would it also be needed for non-discoverable credentials?
