Needs more booing. These so-called rich people have the gall to say, “You guys are going homeless, and there is nothing you can do about it. However, please use AI.”

Honestly, if Skynet were possible, Anthropic would probably build it first and claim they had to because OpenAI is bad.

I think we can’t easily choose both, because these agencies will portray it as something they need in order to help children.

I am sure government can regulate such things like they can force Apple to open up their walled garden.

Most of their new products are AI tools that nobody uses, so I guess they’ll keep posting slop. And recently, they’ve fired so many people that they probably don’t have good writers anymore.

Well, it seems people don’t realize that many parents need to go to work and can’t watch their kids 24 hours a day. Also, accessing a magazine requires much more effort compared to accessing a website, which is very easy to bypass.

And because poor people don’t have much money, the government decided it could borrow heavily from future generations and give it to rich ppl, making them even poorer.

How will this be fixed when the public doesn’t have any power to make changes, and politicians are bribed—i.e., lobbied—by all these companies building data centers?

I don't know why verizon etc.. don't charge like $0.25 cents per sms. Then these provider would stop sending too many sms.

I just checked and it asked me to scan QR code and after opening QR code it will attempt to send some random token.. Google is probably doing A/B testing or they are using some sort of ML algorithm....

It looks more political than technical. Also, criticizing the Zig team for not making any AI contributions before this gives a hint.

Node JS team should learn from Bun team. They removed experimental typescript transformation and is just recommending to use tsx which uses esbuild etc... I don't understand why they want to push people towards bun more.

I used to be a fan of Bun, but the way it keeps adding bloat makes me seriously doubt its future. Also, it seems like they are doing a lot of vibe coding without taking enough time, which raises other questions. Node.js is also more stable,

I don’t think Anthropic is more ethical than OpenAI. And honestly, OpenAI is not just Altman; we should judge a company by its actions. OpenAI has released more open-source projects, like Codex and GPT-OSS. What has Anthropic given?

Honestly, it’s kind of sad that Anthropic is winning this AI race. They are the most anti–open source company, and we should try to avoid them as much as possible. They are all doing it because OpenAI is snatching their customers. And their

Well they can give nuclear option and freeze everything. And they can send email every day till 7 days? There is better option here, but google won't as it will hurt their incentive to take more money from customer.
