I'm not sure why that is "annoying". Of course, French-centered topics would be in French. Also, your browser probably has an integrated translation feature. If not, you can copy'n'paste the url on a translation web

I think the motivation is rather mundane: Software gets updated regularly (even if only for security fixes), so Microsoft prefers that people move to the "current" version as much as possible. Still, they also supported Windows 7

Yahoo! Mail has one really cool feature: It supports actual browser-like tabs. So, it is possible to open multiple email conversations in parallel, as well as run some searches, and look at various folders.

Indeed, in the future, any app could be built as a native shell that provides the integration to the OS, then the actual app is streamed from the Cloud. So, we get a native app that also runs on a server, like a website. As Microsoft Cloud

I know this doesn't answer your question directly, but depending on how much time you intend to spend dabbling in AI/ML, it might not be worth it to first learn a whole new programming environment. So, you might be able to dabble

My take away is this: In an ideal world, a benevolent dictatorship would be (overall) better than a democracy. In that ideal world, the dictator would be the perfect leader: Smart/wise, selfless, open minded... Of course, we don't

GP gave some good points about benevolent dictatorship. Can you elaborate on why it wouldn't be "the best thing" in general? And ideally weight that against all the other scenarios where it is.
