- jeswin 6y agoHow? And what can Libra offer? In India, these payments have to land in a Rupee account held in a bank.
- ffpip 6y agoUPI is something like a framework. All these apps access the UPI payment system. They do nothing on their own. You can pay with Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm/Amazon/Whatsapp with the same QR code. It's like XMPP for payments. Libra has no chance of getting into India. UPI is way too popular now.
