I have been locked up over 20 times in my life. Everytime I've been to jail, there are newbies in the holding cells that cry "I didn't do anything" and can't believe how horrible and mean all the CO's are. And

I've been personally involved in a 5-car 8 man police search of my vehicle where the initial officer illegally searched my car and found some cocaine residue on a mirror under the passenger seat. You would have thought I just robbed a

Osweiler QB from the Broncos just signed a huge deal with the Texans...$18mil/year but I haven't heard how much of that is guaranteed so I'm sure. A really big issue with NFL contracts is this "guaranteed money" thi

I think the OP perfectly reasons through your situation. Perhaps the real madness would be trying to change something that is obviously very important to some part of your soul.

This has been known since the Kinsey Reports (1948 and 1953) literally and figuratively blew the covers off bedroom shenanigans, so I am not sure what is new here to see. Of course, back then there was a predictable pushback by Evangelicals

I've lived that scenario, and the book was called heroin, so imagining it isn't really hard for me. In the end all life is is one choice after another, and making good ones over bad mostly leads to a happier life.

Are you kidding me? Almost all VCs aren't interested in "non-profit" and "welfare of general community." They want hockey-stick ROI and unicorns. I know this may be the wrong forum to say this, but let's get re

The poor get financially hosed in so many different ways in the US that singling out toilet paper , of all things, seems almost laughable. How about real killers, like payday loans, bank fees, and paying more for milk, eggs, and everything

You are wrong about that. WWI eventually defined total war, and no doubt its legacy was the primary reason France just surrendered to the Germans in 1941. The entire population had simply had enough. Hell, Sherman was fighting total war in
