I had a similar run-in with my first attempt at a music player/streamer, originally called 'musicMe'. Apparently there's a French music streaming service with the same name [1] and I promptly received an email with an informal C+D from one

Video games, more specifically, 3D video games. You could query the API, if they've got <50% battery left, adjust the draw distance to decrease rendering for longer play. It's very niche, but along with video games, i'm sure some novel

I never understood publicly defacing a site like this, if you're technical enough to access a domain with a fair amount of traffic, why not inject some script that'll give the visitor a drive-by download, and go in for the long (and more pr

I'm pretty sure he could find fault in a child's lemonade stand. Not knocking what he stands for though, digital freedom is important, but nothing seems to be truly ethical. It's the price we pay for convenience.

I am too, a CS student at university. I've got a Github account with around 10 projects, just side-projects when I had some time. Even with that, and fairly high grades, it was still a slight challenge to get a placement. Said placement is

Would be neat if it took the first link directly a la "I'm Feeling Lucky" instead of redirecting to the Google search page. I like it though, even just for its novelty.

Well, technically, it's not. It's just a long commit message. Nothing's really 'epic' about it, beyond being rather informative.

>that Clover Trail won't run Linux is not quite true - after all it is an x86 instruction set Just need implementing, they've not locked Linux out, it's just unlikely device manufacturers are going to invest the time to implement it.
