I was under the impression that in the event your tenant does a sublease when the lease forbids such a sublease, that the subtenant can be evicted at any point with 3 days notice. Is this not the case?

Physical stores may be able to offer expertise as well as seeing and trying out things in person. I imagine they might not even stock multiple copies of a single product to save space, and you just order the product to be delivered.

Then maybe there should be tools that use git to create a specific workflow. What I have now is a text file with all the git commands I need to follow the chosen workflow. I don't have that for any other command line tools I use.
