I'm a CMU alum, and I asked about that once when they were mentioning "space naming opportunities". Very roughly and unofficially speaking, $50,000 gets you a classroom, $1,000,000 gets you a floor or wing, and $20 million gets you a depar

It is certainly a good thing (for speed) that the majority of lines of R are written in C. I used to work in a shop that did much of our development in R. We always used to joke "R is really fast if you write it in C".

My wife feels the same way, actually. But isn't that the market here. It is computer literate people with lots of digital pictures (me), with relatives that want prints (my family). I don't think this startup should worry about the demise

My parents would greatly disagree with you. They're fairly computer literate, but for them photos don't "count" unless they're on paper. I always feel guilty because they never get to see many of my good photos locked away in Aperture. I

Hmmm, I signed up for your service. At the end, it was saying there were 500+ people in line ahead of me. I could spam my social media network to get to the front of the line, for a service I had never used. That was a big turn off for me,

I used the Automattic privacy policy as a starting place as well. I'm having my lawyer review my draft version, which will be a lot cheaper than having her write it from scratch. If you'd like to find other CC licensed privacy policies, yo

I paid $4.53/gallon for diesel in Boston yesterday, so I guess we're all good to go on the electrics. (I bought a diesel instead, which does get great mileage.)

I certainly don't know anything about this from firsthand knowledge. The credit you cite in ANKOS happened long after their lawsuits and falling out, so there's no way of knowing how things would have transpired if Cook just went along with

So, as a loyal BBEdit user, I can upgrade for $39.99, compared to the new user price of $39.99. You're really looking after your old customers there. Edit: I paid $30 for upgrading from v8 to v9, so they're actually charging more for the up
