I'm not sure scare-quoting "meta-contrarian" counts as quoting the author. Which is to say, if you can't even grasp your own writing, how can we expect you to grasp someone else's? It may all be "obvious" to you, but there's plenty of margi

One basic problem is extending a specific case to all general cases. but that doesn't mean deciding Mersenne primes are an unhelpful concept because the number 15 exists is a good thing.

The problems movement incurs aren't "game mechanics" so much as "3d chatroom mechanics". Buff tracking as a performance hit is surprising to me, though. I'd presume you were tracking monster lifespan - with this and an offset for 'AI interr

Could you point out a WoW mechanic that is actually taxing? From what I understand, WoW AI is a height agnostic beeline and battles are heavily scripted at best. The tricky part seems to be the real-time player interaction a.k.a 3d chatroom

It seems like Scribd would solve more problems if they let uploaders pay to give their readers free access. I'm not the Scribd user; the guy publishing with them is.

Piracy for video games generally reports one lost sale per one thousand pirates. Games seem fungible, in that they all solve the 'boredom' problem. I'd imagine the more unique the problem you are solving, the more worthwhile piracy preventi
