Everyone, except for illnesses and severe disabilities, is actually working. Why would you call worker someone with a salary on a construction company building other people houses but not someone, with UBI, building its own family house ?

which is another way to state that, once construction costs are repaid, you cannot earn money from your apartment. UBI implies that property cannot be used as a way to extract money from someone else work.
