IMHO Ruby was better off in 1.8 with green threads; one Ruby VM per core and using MPI for message passing.

Not unless they bought red hat first and shipped Linux laptops unseating Lenovo. Money is now in the mega data cloud center not the desktop market.

This will get appealed. Putting false material info in the public sphere in itself lends to punitive damages as a class even if compensatory damages are more nuanced. I dont recall anything like this in the Madoff ponzi.

We are beginning to see some sweet differential embeddings of discrete things like stacks and context free grammars. This is where deep learning gets really fun because it is learning to program.

Rich entrepreneurs hire fancy immigration attorneys and go to the front of the line well before 5 years. Impact to well funded entrepreneurs will be minimal and those it does effect will take up residence in Toronto/Vancoover/Mexi

The waterfall albatross is the absurd amount of up front requirement documentation in a Word file on a share drive. Modern waterfall where you have documentation in git with references into tests is 10x better than the waterfall of old.

I fucked a consultancy once on accident with this. They hired two extra devs and a manager griped at me that I wasn't being productive enough. I sketched the critical path of information flows required, and every morning grabbed a bloc

AWS Lambda is a Linux container. Unless you are like me and have gcc working under it you are probably stuck in their garden of Go/NetCore/Python/Ruby/JS and don't care to much about it's Linux nuances.

How much is egg, and how much is having carbs alongside that egg early in the morning? There are some health benefits to intermittent fasting by not eating in the morning.
