Counterpoint those making $10 an hour are on Medicaid and employers are freeloaders. Help if Medicaid had a 5% wage garnishment and all could be on it; just those making $$$ would scoff and take lower cost private insurance.

IBM needs to do a take bids from MS Google and AWS to host mainframes in all their regions. Go with the lowest bidder and stay relevant.

IBM is dead until it gets a mainframe in AWS region data centers. Mainframe is still king of CA in CAP.

Where is the DAG scheduler in the source? About to take a look. Interested in labeling thunks with file size and CPU time then feeding into a solver I am writing to optimize cost within a runtime budget.

Test Driven Development does this. Each test is a theorem about your code.

Is their a hook on spin down? You could send a small read only cache to a S3 SQLite file so lambdas will have a failover on long reads.

Sales tax is hard to evade like Google has done in income tax by using Ireland and the Bahamas. As long as it is uniform and low enough not to disrupt commerce it could be beneficial.

All deflators need memory allocation and CPU counters that trigger errors on massive resource utilization. Guessing it is uncomputable like the Halting Problem to detect all zip bombs.

NIMBY voters. The issue is 100% local zoning to allow less parking spaces, efficiency units, inlaw apartments in suburban houses, allow multi-family housing, and allow zoning of nearby grocery stores.

Sell them to a VC with the option to buy back half at some price. VC gets more pie, you avoid losing upside.

Also, newer automatic pay machines that take cash are 10x better than the single crease bill rejectors of yore. Amazon likely has no problems installing them, it just doesn't want to staff more cashiers than needed for ADA compliance.

Rails will have a resurgence with a Data Driven Design generator like JHipster. So much time saved when you get front end client side validations generated automatically; and layout is 90% automated with UI constraints.

This seems like way too much for Mellanox. I remember talking to the Nvidia guys at Supercomputing 2008 about Remote Direct Memory Acess on their cards. Huge to have their cards direct connected to the network.
