I don't get why in person types camt just use a co-working facility. Obviously not an option during the pandemic and that was rough gor them but so was going to the office for years for everyone else.

Really the only one who should be deciding if an interruption from one person to another is worthwhile should be the manager. They know whose time is more valuable to the company at that time. Plus managertime is easily interuptible.

I think a good compromise might be come in once a month but for a few days. It's infrequent enough that you can move to a lcol area and the company can replace the office with hotel or co-working. But it's frequent enough you can

A lot of bonuses in the EU are paid based on numbers. EG. Bonus of 20% of price for every product sold. If I sell 100 product x and you sell 10 product x in the same day we are not doing equal work.

The way to do this fairly and transparently is piecemeal pay. Just like how instead of paying a factory worker £x per hour you can pay £y per widget. If superstar Bob ships 10x widgets he gets 10x pay and everyone will agree it is fair. Not
