Saying there is a bias is not an accusation of wrong doing or "demonization".

You can retry failed jobs these days (for awhile now, at least a year? I can't remember). Workflows can also be (sort of, depending on what you mean?) dynamically generated by using tojson and fromjson to feed the output of one job int

I'll say one of the best moments in VR for me is in the lobby of Star Trek: Bridge Crew just nerding out with a complete stranger while waiting for others to join... I think we even sat around and chatted while we had a the whole crew.

Google Glass wasn't given a chance. They axed it as soon as people started complaining about being nervous around ppl with it on rather than change anything.

Docker has to run as root, or use otherwise insecure methods ("rootless" is a sham, it requires suid binaries and CVE ridden unprivileged user namespaces). I agree with ports, working[0][1][2] on it. [0] https://githu

Defaults on Docker specifically are pretty locked down. Even if if the container process has the root uid it is not able to do most things normal root can do, and is pretty much limited to being able to access root owned files and binding t

What they did is the literal definition of bigotry. They rounded up as many Japanese-Americans as they could and put them in prisons under heavy guard without any cause other than other people that look like them attacked a military base. I

RedHat provided an entire platform that you pay support for... including supporting nginx. How can nginx (the company) replicate the same thing? Pay for the features you want. You will be better off for it. Expecting every company to follow

While it is convenient to have software prebuilt in a trusted repo, these repos are more about providing toolchains. If something isn't in the repo (or the repo, as it often is, ie out of date) use the toolchain to build what you want.
