It could very well turn into a better investment to pay $500/mo and then ghost a bunch of matches after the enterprising young man slept with them.

The guy who would have 25-50b worth of BTC “at the top” somehow drifted into the ether. No pun intended.

I wonder if this means they will have an equal number of all permutations of possible person? Or if it just means it’ll be representative of society’s mix (in the environment where they are selling the product)?

Noise ordinances. Waiting on city inspectors. Working capital. Labor doesn’t care to work overnight and those that do get paid a lot more. With interest rates low, easier to just hold construction note for another year.

I don’t understand the disgust I’m reading for VCs and startups. Bailing out the bank doesn’t mean we let the bank CEO get richer off this transaction (like we did in 2008). It means the startup companies making payroll are going to surv

Self inflicted wounds this time, though. There is nothing wrong with a bank purchasing 80bln of MBS with their depositors money. The issue becomes when the fed suddenly raises rates faster than any time in their history while still failin

The cultural avoidance of fat, which likely has led to 2-3 digit increases in obesity in America, is not based on nuance. I think OP can be forgiven for not pre-nuancing it for you.

I would venture the features you apply above would amount to less than 20% of the US budget. Particularly if you exclude social security and Medicare, which both have their own taxes and surtaxes even.

The proverbial “motorcycle accident 3 weeks after fully recovering from covid” was particularly maddening when used to justify virtually unlimited powers. More credibility was lost than compliance was gained, I guarantee you.
