I don't trust any business that tells its customers to fuck off, regardless of how incompetent that customer is. It's not professional.

Isn't that how a jury is suppose to work though? They're suppose to have as little bias as possible going into the case.

Definitely a troll, this was the tell (where he refers to the UFC/combat fighting): "those institutions are false and insulting to real martial artists. The people who take place in them worship violent demagogues." Funny.

I don't know how or where to draw the line, but it has to be drawn somewhere. What if someone decided to patent text fields? Or dropdown menus? It gets so crazy if absolutely every design feature becomes patentable.

I've never heard of anyone having a contact within Apple's app review/editorial section, from all my readings on Quora + Message boards to an insider email list which have execs from mobile/social gaming companies. Seems they are very secre

I've used flurry, its simple to implement and easy to generate custom events for, probably less than 15mins to basically get started. It is free, I assume your data is safe. They do other services outside of analytics, such as ad traffickin

The two types of marketing are for different products. Growth hacking is when you have data, flow of traffic and can manipulate it with code. You can't do that when your doing marketing for B2B sales clients, which pretty much requires you

Anyone know what the eventual end game of all these lawsuits will be? Will everyone just end up carrying on and suing for the next few decades?

1) Don't spend two years working on your iPad game before you ship it. Far too long a cycle. 2) As an indie dev, you're suppose to attack the easiest, lowest hanging fruit to build your income base. After you're past a point, you can take o

Why get a job as an iOS developer when you can be your own boss as an indie dev? (Unless you truly crave the structure and stability). I learned iOS development (and OOP programming for the first time ever) 8 months ago, and I make the same
