It's taxing fair market value of the land. So, if you erased a skyscraper in downtown, how much would that barren plot of land be worth? Tax all of the value there. It's one of the only known taxes that doesn't negatively

I'd say that the difference was the systems behavior in the presence of IO, and it's pretty important in my experience. Micro-batching systems hold up processing while waiting for IO but proper streaming implementations continue

I think they didn't mean tests but reviews, as in subconscious racism and sexism on the part of the reviewer

Having successfully replaced a legacy system one time we got it to work by turning the legacy system's business logic into a library that the new system could use. This key is just replace the underlying architecture without reimpleme

In looking at the photo you observe the system and collapse it. There is no difference between your eye and the camera. Both connect the quantum system to your conciousness.
