   So had a big talk with the CEO, it seems like I'll go out and search for a new job. NYC is a big city, lots of chances to do better stuff than fight windmills.

   Yeah that's what I was thinking when I joined, but everyone here seems to have accepted the status quo. As I said down, I'm going to try and Manage-up for now, hope the work will be noticed and others will join in.
