Now if Atlassian would care for its self-hosted/on-prem products, I would believe that.

What's wrong with Rocket.Chat? It looks like it takes some design choices from it.

They are continuing to support HipChat Datacenter edition...for what it's worth.

No on-perm option either.

Honestly my current company moved away from Hipchat datacenter edition to Rocket.chat. As long as they don't kill Jitsi-meet, I think we're good...

That sums up my experience with Atlassian products that are self-hosted. They are essentially shooting themselves in the foot, especially with Customers that have to have the service run on site or on a air gapped network.

Ouch (and self-hosted atlassian products were pricy to begin with). Are there any good alternatives to Jira and Confluence out there (that are self-hosted/on-prem)?

Rocket.chat is also on-prem as well.

It is licensed MIT, so if you give credit for using the code, you should be good.

I like it, but I wish there was an option to just park it without saying it is for sale.

Honestly The revision -x's are forgettable to begin with, unless you need that many cores (No ECC either).

I agree, these days a Core 2 Duo or a Core 2 Quad is getting long in the tooth. Sandy Lake and beyond are still decent performing chips. Edit: I guess I was ahead of the curve, because my Core 2 Duo box had 2 Gbs of ram out of the box (upgr

I believe the last big improvement in power consumption was (at least for Intel) was the 5th generation Haswell chips. What they have been doing is cutting back support on older chips (2nd and 3rd generation specifically).

Wait, they aren't making chips with Iris Pro graphics anymore? That seems like an odd decision.

I checked their store, and was unable to find the item your talking about. Do you have a specific sku by chance?

Has that happened to people in the past? I do have an AWS account attached to my prime account (a dumb choice from years ago). The stuff on it isn't critical or anything, though.

I would still check prices on your pharmacy benefits site between mail order for 90 days and a local pharmacy. The mail order pharmacies are frustrating, but typically you pay less for a 90 day supply.

Agreed. In the case of the drugs mentioned in the article (ADHD), the generic equivalents of the extended release aren't as good and/or potent as the brand name. This sucks because the generic drugs are so much cheaper, even with

This is especially true with generic versions drugs like Adderall xr (and SSRI's), is that the potency can be up to 20% less than the brand name.

Express Scripts is pretty bad as well. I've lost count of how many hours I've spent on having to jump through the oddies of mail order pharmacies...

I guess the name recognition of Qihoo360 is slim to nil outside of China (though startcom's reputation is pretty much gone).

Pass/gopass really needs a good browser integration add-on. I have not found one that doesn't have some minor bug or issue.

Its actually smaller. At minimum you have to be a naturalized or native born citizen of the USA for many jobs in the US Government. For the NSA, add the requirement of having a current clearance or the time to get one (worst case years).

For the former (Amphetamines, or drugs derived from them), wouldn't the potency reduction of 25% be a big deal?
