Last time I checked ThreadReader is an indie app developed by one or two developers. I've had no issues with them in the past.

I agree, but only in areas that Sprint has band 41 deployed. In areas that Sprint only has band 25 and band 26, its data speeds are at the bottom of the pack...

Here in the US, portions of the 900 MHz band are used for ISM uses. Hypothetically, could one deploy a LTE access point on LTE band 8?

I agree. Until someone convinces NIST to modernize and/or improve the FIPS standard, people who work with government agencies are stuck with it...

Unfortunately if you work with the US Government, there are situations where FIPS mode is required . This is why RHEL and CentOS still use OpenSSL...

Not all are. In the county I live in, they are still using sodium lamps. The one exception I'm aware of is a pilot program at a commuter parking lot, where they use LED lamps.
