So it becomes part of you by integrating into your DNA? It's only going to be a fraction of your cells that contain that DNA. I don't see how that makes it any more you than a virus that doesn't integrate. Herpes stays in yo

I imagine that you could get rid of kubernetes in 90% of the projects it is used in. We have it at my work, must have taken around six months to a year for on dev. Sure we can autoscale now, but we never actually need to. It saves us a bit

Read up on Marek's disease in chicken. Vaccines have literally created a more deadly form of the disease.

Do you remember the posts about people dropping dead in the streets, people skin turning black, or massive cement mixers "disinfecting" streets? There was plenty of fake news going around.

It seems pretty selfish to force small businesses to close and not allow people to earn a living, for a disease that has a pretty high survival rate and is only really a problem for old or very unhealthy people. And it goes against all pand

How about the complete lack of correlation between mask mandates and infection rates? But yeah, i must be stupid for looking at those.

This has been the case with all of the non-pharmaceutical measures imposed. The models say they work, but real world data doesn't show much correlation.

Doesn't seem to have been effective here, we have had to wear them including outdoors since October. But give me some model over real world data to convince me.

I guess from the downvotes that we really didn't like Trump suggesting HCQ as a cure. You are aware that the study used to discredit it was retracted due to crap data? But by that point the job was done, so one wanted to hear about it.

How do you feel about the vaccine? I am not an anti vaxxer, I have had plenty in the past, but when we have Prince Harry, David Beckham telling you take the vaccine it seems a bit off. I don't understand why it is being forced upon t

I remember Trump wanted to stop flights from China, but that was branded Xenophobic, including by Joe Biden https://twitter.com/JoeBiden/status/1240361258957897728

Elegant solutions and considering all edge cases are not mutually exclusive. I see where you are coming from, but not all of the pieces of crap code are there to cover edge cases, just that the previous developer was a bit crap.

I grew up as a white kid in a good middle class family in the UK. I still got bullied by (white) kids at schools. The idea that all bullying is race related seems nonsense to me. Maybe it's different in the US.
