Huh? I've written quite a few large scale angular apps...and I haven't written a bunch of code to do any of that. If you have something that needs to be checked outside of angular, it belongs in a directive.

I'm not really sure what you mean by this? In my experience redesigns occur when new features are added, major updates, or changes to the team (whom chime that something should change). Yes likely everyone will redesign at some point
