We used Copybara to setup a hub-and-spoke model at Dagster where public-facing repos can live within our larger internal monorepo, and while it worked we had to do a lot of hacky things. https://dagster.io/blog/monorepo

Agreed, I never considered it a selling point but I did enjoy having an excuse to explore the language in Hammerspoon (and Neovim too).

Surprised no one has mentioned https://graphite.dev/ yet. Our team uses it for stacked PRs, and it works really well.

When we tried it, gather.town set an awkward expectation that team members had to stand at their virtual desk, otherwise they weren't _actually_ online / working.

I use the `tmux-resurrect` plugin ( https://github.com/tmux-plugins/tmux-resurrect ) to restore my tmux session after a reboot. I highly recommend it.
