How do you prevent people from submitting content they don't own?

1. The pages actually gives you geographical information even if there are no comments. 2. Knowing that you are the first person to complain about a number is also informative. If I google a number that no one has complained about, is it be

But if the phone numbers weren't on Google when they had 0 comments, then who would be the first to put down a comment? It is the chicken and egg problem.

I would say it is unfair to judge any language by their IRC channel unless they are core members of the group. In my experience IRC channels being rude is the norm rather than the exception.

I love how Nim is getting along but I am rather afraid to put in production. The number of compiler bugs is a bit scary. https://github.com/Araq/Nim/labels/High%20Priority And also from what I've heard,

My personal usage case is to secure a handful of servers across datacenters for software that don't have encryption enabled. If I use CJDNS to do this, it seems like I have a lot more steps to do. I have to copy everyone's pub key

Let's say you have a 8gb hash table that you want shared between 32 app servers. You are only setting or getting a few elements each request. It doesn't make sense for each app server to have an 8gb hash table in their memory nor

cjdns looks interesting but it seems to be ipv6 only. I submitted this story because peervpn looks like the easiest to setup by a wide margin. No certs required and very easy to start on a new machine.

Saying SEO is a service designed to break search engines makes the false assumption that search engines are perfect. I've seen many instances where Google failed to place the best site at the top and there was no evidence the top site

I am fairly certain that Ractive templates are similar to JSX in terms of overhead. If you don't like compiling JSX you can run it with the JSX client compiler at the cost of compiling it on every client. Ractive templates are parsed i

There's 1 thing that can't be done in Nim that you can do in Go though. And that is the goroutine system. Something like that needs to be explicitly baked into the language. You can try to emulate it with your own thread pools but

This is false. Nearly 100% of the assets from Dota 1 came from Warcraft 3. I am not familiar with the other games to know how much original content there was, but I remember that both CS and TFC used a number of assets from the original. So

Starcraft 2 came out about 4.5 years ago. Hearthstone and Diablo 3 don't support modding, and all indications show that Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch won't either.

Things are still rosy because most players are not tired of the genres (MOBA / CS) that grew from the last generation of being friendly to modders. It may take a while but I forsee people getting tired of getting milked for DLCs and sk

I think we are headed for the dark ages of PC gaming. Before, the top AAA studios made games with mods in mind. This allowed massive genres like Dota and Counter-Strike to come into existence. Nowadays AAA studios see modders as leeches and

I don't see the appeal behind this. The reason why there was a need for off-site image hosting is because people and websites like reddit didn't want to pay for the bandwidth or be forced to deal with takedown requests. A decade a
