If you've seen it first hand, then fair enough. It just doesn't agree with the consensus I have seen online, so I find that confusing. As I've said previously, I have the most basic laser printer at home, and rarely use it. I

I haven’t done the math to see if they’re right, but they’re likely talking about the various ink tank printers that exist, such as the Epson EcoTank series. Refilling the ink is supposed to be quite cheap, especially if you don’t care abou

Service workers aren’t a magic “run forever in the background” technology. I’m fairly sure PWAs can’t run in the background at all on iOS or Android, except for possibly a brief moment after the PWA receives a notification, and the service

I like the concept a lot, but I also think it should filter to only installable apps by default. If you detect a user is on a mobile device, it would probably also make sense to enable the mobile filter by default too. It would also be ni

It sounds like you've identified the actual problem you need to fix. Why shouldn't the browser know how long a couple of short video files are? Also, if the video files don't have an audio track, you shouldn't get a PI

Many of the use cases you’re describing can be done offline, such as when the phone is charging overnight, although not all of them. An email autoresponder could still work in real time at these token rates, and it would still be faster tha

"Lead" in what way? Is a single-core 160MHz C3 (RISC-V) actually faster than the dual core 240MHz ESP-S3 (Xtensa)? I like the idea of using a more standard architecture, which should have better toolchain support. The C3 “leads” i

Specialized skills can have a fairly small job market sometimes. I think a lot of CUDA code ends up being foundational as part of popular libraries, supporting tons of applications that never need to write a single line of CUDA themselves.
