I am not GP but the argument that typed language is always better to start with has its own fallacy. What if I don't have experience with a typed language and I need to get to Product Market Fit first where most startups fail ? You nee

Join a small company or startup where they don't have dedicated Sysadmin/server/devops people. Now you could do it all for them.

Few things: 1. Talk to your co founders if not already about this and see what they have to say 2. Take a break for couple of weeks before deciding anything. "raise a smaller round at a more reasonable valuation" This makes me thi

This is laughable and absurd. Eating meat has nothing to do with caste. Please don't make assumptions based on some shitty article. It clearly has an agenda. Now, let me tell you what Indians do make fun of. If you are a hardcore veget

See my comment above about "women in QA". Also, "no female engineers" is laughable because that is 1 anecdote. There are plenty of Indian female engineers. You know that right ?

Hint: It is not casteism. It is cultural. Women in India want to get into IT (best way to make decent money) and QA has lower barrier to entry with less pressure. Nothing to do with casteism. This is why GP's comment is extremely reckl

Caste System exists in India but you are generalizing way too much by saying "My Indian Colleagues". I am an Indian-American and I hate the caste system. I love that America is multi-cultural and allows people of all cultures/

The premise of YC is that you will go full time with a co founder. However, the co founder matching doesn't stop you from finding someone to do a side project with first and in fact, that is the better way. It is like dating before mar
