I used to love my Alphasmart for writing. I don't know if this keyboard would work very well for a touch typist, but maybe. The AA batteries are a real bonus for me. Plus, with Linux in it, it could do a lot more. I do agree with other

My Logitech BT mouse works pretty well. I only notice one thing that's "special" about it and that is that it takes about 2 seconds to connect. As a result, when I first unlock my machine I'm spinning the mouse in a few

I never really dared to dig into electronics like this. I had a nack for breaking things when I did. As an example, I purchased a Pentium machine back in the day. I had a feeling it was running too hot (or maybe I was trying to over-clock,

Making sites fit would be pretty easy. Images will probably be your biggest piece of data. Sony used to have a floppy disk based digital camera. I think it could take about 20 pictures per disk. Plus, I’m sure you could reduce that size.

The moon landing was 1968, 26 years before PHP was created in 1994. And that was just 28 years ago. Oops, math checks out. I’m old.

I got some of my favorite photos from a $20 digital camera. I had spent thousands on various early cameras and decided to go to the lowest quality tool in order to improve other aspects of my photography, such as lighting and composition. I

This is the first time I read about a price increase and thought, “do I really use Netflix much?” Right now I use prime more often and I bounce around with various add-one’s. Right now using Paramount Plus. And the voice-overs on Netflix ar

I created a series of small books that teaches code by making art. I give them a chunk of code to type and then I break it down after that. This is how I learned long ago. People tend to learn slowly as they work, understanding more and mor

Because of shipping shortages, and the realization that we need to make more of our own stuff, I recently decided to switch to “made in the USA” writing tools. I’m using a Fisher Space Pen and a homemade pocket notebook that is similar to t

Interesting. I’m guilty of this in my online writing in the name of SEO. After all, my readers might search for either term. This probably makes my writing worse.

I think this would still be temporary in my area because you can pick it up and put it on a flatbread trailer. The wiring might change that. I think there are still lots of rules to follow.

Probably true. I’m not suggesting it for your enterprise project. I’m just trying to remove personal roadblocks so I can test an MVP before I invest too much development time.

Great question. This is a downside, there is no built-in method, but there are some tricks. If I remember correctly you can send headers with incorrect credentials. I’ll have to do some research and add that to my template.

And, not being in the industry, I don’t quite understand why. Look at diesel electric locomotives. They run the diesel only for power and they use the electric motors for drive. Why doesn’t this model work in cars and allow us to get rid of
