Yes they do, the most recent example is apps using a vulnerability to steal images. Many people are blaming Google and Samsung for not addressing this problem sooner and of course having a faulty permissions system that allowed this in the

The alternative to ads is subscription services, which already exist. If people prefered subscription social media to ad based they would flock to those, but they don't.

Looks nice and has the specs to back it up, you might can find another laptop with the same specs for $2300 but the build quality, software, and support will be lacking.

The only time I could imagine this being the case is if there was code already compiled for a specific architecture. In these cases you would have compatibility issues between different intel CPUs as well so I do not think it is a reason to

No, programs do not interact with the CPU directly so there is no difference from that perspective. Rendering and anything multithreaded will definitely favor Ryzen as you will have more cores/threads at the same price point.
