As an admin, I don't find the menu useful. Especially when I hop on various Server 2012 servers that have a slightly different version of the menu than my 8.1 VM. To me, win+r is all that is needed. If I can't remember the name of

Even if you're really that set on using Microsoft Word, you can use Office Web Apps with Skydrive. On the Skype front, until WebRTC is mature enough (soon), Microsoft is stuck using browser plugins if they release a Skype Web App. I&#x

iPhones have existed for more than six years with largely the same UI style. While it may be mostly a reskin, iOS 7 is a dramatic departure from the circa-2007 style. Ars is known to every major release of iOS and OS X in this fashion, just

Microsoft hires thousands of workers from the H1B body shops (infosys, tata, etc). Half of Microsoft's workforce is "dash trash" contingent staff, employed by those terrible shops.

Sounds like they're getting serious about transit, between Embark today, HopStop on 20 July[0], and Locationary on 19 July[1]. All too soon for iOS 7. Hopefully soon we won't have to hop back and forth between apple maps and rando

Regarding redundant chargers and their carbon impact: wouldn't it be wonderful if with every non-apple device using MicroUSB, devices didn't all come with a USB to Micro-USB cable and a mains to USB transformer? Surely many of us
