On this note, you should also add an option for "Any" for at least the brand and type you are looking for sections. Since you don't have a ton of inventory at this point, it's likely that whatever search I do outside of

You're definition of middle class isn't what middle class actually is. It actually is some range around the median income. I'm a software developer, and I have neither the ability or desire to spend 2500 a month on a one bedr

I might get hammered for this, but I really don't think teachers are significantly underpaid. I say this as someone married to a teacher. Considering that they only work 9 months a year and generally have good benefits, I'm not co

Moral of the story doesn't have anything to do with passive income. The moral is to save some freaking money instead of spending every dime you have, and this is true whether you are making tons of money or just a little. (passively or

Apple isn't really consistently losing too much market share. They've actually been gaining share in the US and other developed countries. They are losing share to the really low end Android phones that developers are complaining

Screen size is the biggest difference. Things don't, or at least don't have to, run full screen on a desktop. The UI is also not as big of a deal on a desktop. People don't buy Quicken simply because it is "prettier.&quo

It's disingenuous to talk about 100 different software systems powering things. Maybe there are 100, but 97 of them don't matter. Lots of desktop OS's too, but pretty sure most people are only targeting windows, mac, and linu

while true, it seems if you are selling 0 for too long, you just take it down. i'd rather plan for success than failure, and $5 is pretty trivially worth it to test a product out.

Yeah. I've noticed that most people don't seem to care about having ads. An IAP to remove ads is of so little value it's amazing. I've had much better success adding a bit of friction and limiting the free versions. Here

How much of that is ads vs paid? I've noticed that making free versions for my apps has been very helpful, but I still make 75-80% of my income off of the paid versions.

I think you're missing the sarcasm here... This is written from PIH point of view making fun of what startup guy thinks of him. PIH agrees with you that funding and accelerators aren't needed to be successful.

Apparently techies in NoCal are either a very liberal bunch, or they aren't paying attention. Pelosi should have been gone ages ago, but she wins every time by a huge margin.

Really interesting thing here is that 12 people didn't vote, exactly the margin of defeat. I wonder how many of them were leaning towards voting for it, and how many of them were strong advised (coerced) to abstain.

It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with gerrymandering (though it likely does to some extent). A more likely cause is that cities tend to have a democrat win by a wide margin and rural areas tend to have a republican win by a s

slightly off topic, but it's absurd to think that Trout should have won the MVP, when Cabrera was the first Triple Crown winner in 45 years. I don't care what his WAR was.
