That was a sales office which opened a while ago. Right next to a great American diner place, ironically.

And yet I regularly get recruiter emails looking for "rockstar" developers who'll work startup hours... for £25k (~$38k). Thanks, but no thanks.

I was going to say.. western airlines like BA operate flights into New Delhi, and I can guarantee you they would not be landing their 747s on runways with people anywhere nearby.

But would adding an extra caution light / sound to the already-stressful situation have helped? I agree that averaging the inputs seems like an imperfect solution, but what would the alternative be... ignore both or ignore just the Captain/

Ditto First Great Western. The biggest insult was paying £450/m for a 30-min (admittedly high-speed) journey where you were lucky to get on the train, let alone get anywhere near a seat. Especially annoying when you'd see the 4 full carriag

Not to nitpick, but the spelling mistake in the email announcement doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Yep, fell for this too. Joined as their second hire, working under a senior developer... who promptly left. I assumed his role (and responsibilities), but not his pay. Not to worry I thought, stock options are coming. 11 months later I got

Fair enough, I think it's personal preference like you said. Perhaps being able to choose a range would be good too.. recently I was looking for a 1 or 2 bed.

It's great that reporting a listing as expired hides it from your map - most sites offer "add to favourite" but what I usually want is to remove things I'm not interested in and see what's left. Maybe a way to do that without going as far a

Really cool site - my only (minor) criticism would be that the sliders for number of bedrooms let you select (approximately) 1.3 bedrooms, etc. Would be nice if they 'snapped' to 1/2/3... Other than that, very useful!

I don't really understand why you'd move a tech business to somewhere where there's famously a shortage of tech talent? Sure the pool of engineers in London may be smaller, but so's the demand surely?
