That's what I remember normal sleep being. On most days falling asleep quickly and being out all night. But I think I forget there were many days that was not the case. I believe age is part of the reason for me too.

Thank you for sharing. I've tried body scanning a few times but I found my mind turns it into a timer, "I'm almost through my body scan and I not any closer to sleep." Mine only lasted 15-20 minutes. The negative thought
