Sheetrock, maybe, but I don't think those buildings (many of them constructed in the 1940's and 1950's) use sheetrock. Plaster, almost certainly not.

Sure (if you think there’s a non-trivial amount a person can drink and still drive safely). But as applied to programming languages?

Some guesses: to alert nursing staff in a preemie ward immediately (instead of waiting for a scheduled round of checks) when a baby is in pain or hungry or needs a diaper change, etc.

Even “seducing” them to join a criminal organization in the first place? I don’t know, the whole thing seems shady and to violate the spirit of the law if not the letter of it.

Some online food/delivery ordering services (Grubhub comes to mind) have widgets that restaurants can embed into their website to display their own menu and allow visitors to order for delivery or pickup. Combine that with a static sit

To be fair, NYC density statistics are skewed by Staten Island, which is large, suburban (by NYC metro region standards) in development patterns, and peripheral to the city in many ways. If you stick to the other four boroughs, my understan

This only applies to cities where walking isn't a default way to get around. Walking around most parts of NYC is perfectly safe at night in part because the presence of other pedestrians deters crime.
